Reservation Arrival Policy

Formal Hair Styling: Arrive with clean, fully dried hair, free of any products.
Makeup Application: Arrive with a freshly cleansed, moisturized face, free of makeup.

Late Arrivals

Timeliness is essential to provide you with the highest level of service. If you arrive late, your reservation may need to be shortened without a price adjustment or rescheduled based on stylist availability.

Hot Tools Return Policy

For sanitation reasons, hot tools are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the case of warranty concerns, we are happy to provide the manufacturer's contact information for further assistance.
