Reservation Arrival Policy

To ensure the best experience and results, please follow these guidelines:

  • Formal Hair Styling: Arrive with clean, fully dried hair, free of any products.
  • Makeup Application: Arrive with a freshly cleansed, moisturized face, free of makeup.

Late Arrivals

Timeliness is essential to provide you with the highest level of service. If you arrive late, your reservation may need to be shortened without a price adjustment or rescheduled based on stylist availability.

Hot Tools Return Policy

For sanitation reasons, hot tools are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the case of warranty concerns, we are happy to provide the manufacturer's contact information for further assistance.

Service Adjustment Policy

At Salon Forza, our goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident, beautiful, and genuinely cared for. We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to providing an exceptional salon experience from start to finish.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, we kindly ask that you notify our salon within 7 days of your appointment so we may schedule a complimentary adjustment consultation. Adjustments are designed to refine or correct the original service and must be performed by Salon Forza within a reasonable timeframe.

Because salon services are customized, time-based, and involve professional products that are fully consumed during the appointment, we do not offer refunds on completed services. We also do not honor chargebacks for services that were rendered in full.

Our team is always happy to work with guests to ensure they love their final result, and we appreciate the opportunity to make any necessary refinements directly through our salon.
